programs, easy to operate read and obtain
information as to the performance of machine.
LCD display the number of pieces to be knitted
and how many were already knitted. All the
information is very displayed on LCD panel.

YARN FEEDER :
8 Yarn Feeders on 2 double rails.
Feeders made of special steel which prevents the
from shaking during knitting. they also easy to
thread the yarn through. We are using special
type of solenoids for change feeders.

Torque level can be set

FUNCTION MOTOR : Carriage function steps
driven by the stepping motor. It produce
maximum accuracy than another way.
Function step have home sensors
who set the true position. We are
using Japanese make motors.

TOP TENSION DEVICE :
Newly electronic top
tension easy to thread the yarn through.
The top tension device employs a convenient
one-touch threading system for quick and
easy setups. When knots are detected during
knitting, the top tension automatically stop
the machine & when yarn break down top
tension automatically stop the machine.

: The ultra light weight
carriage made of aluminum produce
maximum production. Carriage knitting
width can be set by sensors. |
